FEULI-SP is a combination of Nimesulide, Paracetamol & Serratiopeptidase and is an anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic.
Paracetamol also known as Acetaminophen, chemically named N-Acetyl-p-Aminophenol, is a widely used over-the-counter analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer).
Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme isolated from a non-pathogenic bacteria called enterobacteria Serratia E15.

MECHANISM OF ACTION:
Nimesulide is an inhibitor of cyclooxygenase so it inhibits synthesis of destructive prostaglandins and spares cytoprotective prostaglandins. Paracetamol is a valuable central analgesic but weak peripheral anti-inflammatory agent and exhibits antipyretic action. Serratiopeptidase helps to reduce pain by blocking the release of pain-inducing molecules from inflamed tissues.
